چکیده
The degradation of wood changes various properties; these can favor its usage in particular instances, e.g., as an insulation material. Knowledge the moisture content and movement building materials is crucial. primary focus this paper diffusion coefficient equilibrium three species after via Trametes versicolor. Values for coefficients were determined under different conditions: a temperature 20 °C ± 2 °C; 3 relative air-humidity settings, i.e., 30% 3%, 60% 96% 3%. differences longitudinal transversal directions statistically significant all conditions, while non-significant first two relative-air-humidity settings. A portion calculation data was used to develop sorption isotherm species. degraded each condition. Duncan’s multiple-range test showed that factor; therefore, had be plotted number sites monolayer spruce from beech oak wood.

Effect of Heat Treatment on Equilibrium Moisture Content (EMC) of Some Wood Species in Turkey
Heat treatment is often used for improve the dimensional stability of wood. In this study, effect of heat treatment on equilibrium moisture content (EMC) of oak (Quercus petraea Lieb.), chestnut (Castanea sativa Mill.), calabrian pine (Pinus brutia Ten.) and black pine (Pinus nigra Arnold.) woods, obtained from Kastamonu Forest Enterprises of Turkey, was examined. Wood specimens were subjected ...
متن کاملTrametes versicolor carboxylate reductase uncovered
ABSTRACT The first carboxylate reductase from Trametes versicolor was identified, cloned, and expressed in Escherichia coli. The enzyme reduces aromatic acids such as benzoic acid and derivatives, cinnamic acid, and 3-phenylpropanoic acid, but also aliphatic acids such as octanoic acid are reduced. GRAPHICAL ABSTRACT
متن کاملVariation of Equilibrium Moisture Content of Heat- treated Couratari oblongifolia, Fraxinus excelsior, and Quercus rubra wood
Heat treatment may result in variation of wood equilibrium moisture content (EMC). During this study, tauari (Couratari oblongifolia), ash (Fraxinus excelsior), and oak (Quercus rubra) woods were heat-treated at 190, 200, and 210oC for 3 hours and then put into a conditioning chamber with a temperature from 30 to 75oC and a relative humidity from 50 to 90%. The isothermal moisture adsorption cu...
متن کاملNatural decomposition of hornbeam wood decayed by the white rot fungus Trametes versicolor.
The impacts of white-rot fungi on altering wood chemistry have been studied mostly in vitro. However, in vivo approaches may enable better assessment of the nature of interactions between saprotrophic fungi and host tree in nature. Hence, decayed and sound wood samples were collected from a naturally infected tree (Carpinus betulus L.). Fruiting bodies of the white rot fungus Trametes versicolo...
متن کاملBiological Degradation of Chinese Fir with Trametes Versicolor (L.) Lloyd
Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook.) has been an important afforestation species in northeast China. It has obvious defects of buckling and cracking easily, which are caused by its chemical components. Trametes versicolor (L.) Lloyd, a white-rot fungus, can decompose the cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin in the wood. White-rot fungus was used to biologically degrade Chinese fi...
